Two Christofle, Paris, Silverplate Serving Pieces, one a rare two-handled footed chauf-plat in the neoclassical style, third quarter 19th century, the lip fitted with a conforming hinged flap for filling and emptying the hot water compartment below, h. 4-1/4", l. 16", w. 8-1/2"; and the other a rare matching circular footed warming dish, similarly fitted, h. 4-3/8", w. 11-1/2", d. 10-3/8".
