Pair of German Tinted Biscuit Porcelain Garniture Figures, fourth quarter 19th century, of tall size and depicting an 18th-century youth and a matching female figure, the male figure with a partial impressed mark on the interior of the foot, possibly that of the brothers Bauscher of Weiden (active 1881-present), h. 22-1/2".
Condition reportPair of German Tinted Biscuit Porcelain Garniture Figures: Male Figure: small crack to foot, minor ware to paint and gilding, minor soiling, but otherwise in great condition. Female Figure: minor soiling and ware to paint, repair to one hand in three places around wrist.
