Reverse engraved "Presented by Buffalo Brethren - On the 45th Anniversary as an Orangeman - "DEC. 29, 1917". With partial velvet lined wallet. (2) Lodge 613 coin. (3) Two "LACKAWANNA LODGE NO. 887..1911 - 1961" trowels. (4) Two elaborate reversible "QUEEN CITY L.L.O.L.." ribbons. (5) Cased Masonic gilt/enamel cufflinks - with original box. (6) Shriners automobile plaque. (7) Quality well-made gold "PAST MISTRESS - LOBA 226" medal - all lettering in gold is affixed to three gilt bars on ribbon. Suspended badge has two crossed gold hammers on a gold star. Reverse is engraved "PRES. TO OUR SISTER ANNIE A. HAY BY EDITH CAVELL LODGE NO 226 - YEARS 1919 - 1921". With original velvet lined wallet. (8) "THE BIBLE and KING SOLOMAN'S TEMPLE in MASONRY". 1951 publication with 39 signatures.
