H-234 - U.S. WWI aviation grouping of Sgt. Joseph A. Jost, a member of the 8th Company, 3rd Air Service Mechanics. Includes: (1) "Dog tags" named and one is stamped "SEND FOR A PRIEST". With original chain. (2) Two Sgt. chevrons - one with a bullion propeller. Also two bullion o'seas stripes. (3) Shoulder patch with "3 ASM" above a cockade. (4) "PRIVILEGED PASS" named to Jost allowing travel within 10 miles of his base. (5) "Catholic Prayer Book for the Army and Navy". 1917. (6) Newspaper article listing Army Divisions and components that are coming home. Also a partial page from a French newspaper.
