A butterfly prepares to alight on a classical urn bursting exuberantly with exotic flowers in this still life, one of a set of four floral paintings by artist Ron Genereux created during the redecoration of the Tavern bar in the mid-2000s. As the room's original hunting theme was replaced by a lighter, more whimsical look, the four paintings were commissioned to match. Genereux is also responsible for the detailed and fanciful murals in the Crystal Gazebo/Maximilian's Pavilion Room and the Crystal Room. H55" x 60"
