Created in the early 1970's for the soon-to-be-opened Tavern on the Green, this circular Art Nouveau-style leaded glass ceiling lamp is crafted from Tiffany workshop glass, including square frogs' back jewels, opalescent glass, and marbleized glass. The design incorporates dark blue glass, detailed geometric bands, and cartouches containing lotus-like flowers. This is the third of thirteen pendant shades hanging in the Tavern's North corridor.
