Ca. 1st century BC / AD. A painted wooden panel, in shades of brown, pink, green and black; panel depicts a hawk or falcon-headed Horus figure striding in front of Thoth, with a baboon, two vultures and another Hawk/Horus with an Apis bull - probably part of an offering. 8-1/4”W x 4-5/8”.
PROVENANCE: Ex-Royal Athena Gallery, ex-prominent Palm Springs, CA Collection.
