Description
Delightful late Greek pottery figure of Eros, most likely from the Greek colony of Canosa, ca. 300 to 200 B.C. Striding Eros with small wings extending from back, playing what appears to be a harp or lyre, all still retaining much of the original pigmentation in white, pink and blue. 3-1/2”H and mounted to a wooden base.
