Made by the J. & E. Stevens Company Cromwell, Connecticut – Circa 1880 The rare and elusive "White Owl" is something akin to the Maltese Falcon for bank collectors. When the bank's lever is pressed, the owl turns his head to the left and then it snaps back into position.
