ANTIQUE MEDIEVAL GAUL HELMET - Measures 7 3/4" wide x 9 3/4" high. This is one of several lots of antique arms and armour that we have been chosen to liquidate through auction. The liquidation is sudden, we are not experts. However, all items appear to be old hand forged steel, with hand made rivets, some items have petrified wood remains, all were done by ancient blacksmithing processes, heated, beaten and shaped, and no piece appears to be machine made. As with all items we sell, please be sure to obtain a condition report before bidding. Ask what ever specific questions that you need to be assured of what you are bidding on. These items are from a private Naples Florida estate consignment and are not from the trade. All are being sold without reserve. The "estimates" are not a guide to value.
