Oil painting, Ca 1880, Titled "Love's Retreat". 6" X 8", oil on canvas. Unusual painting with empty tunnel on front and also painted on back with two lover's in boat in tunnel. Signed on stretcher, "Love's Retreat", a stern reality. Original frame. Excellent original condition.
