Sara Sax, Rookwood artist (Cincinnati, OH 1870-1949) "Still Life Scene of Flowers in Rookwood Vase". 20" X 15", oil on board. Signed lower right. A great artist who worked at Rookwood pottery from 1896-1931. Paintings by Sara Sax are seldom found. One very small corner crease at upper left next to frame; otherwise, excellent condition.
