JIMMY CARTER, 39th President.
Check Signed, “Jimmy Carter,” in blue ink, September 15, 1960, Plains, GA, 3.25” x 8.5”, Choice Extremely Fine. Check for $60.01 to John C. Logan. Jimmy Carter ran a small business for his father, selling fertilizer and farm supplies for “Carter’s Warehouse” after his father’s death in 1953. Just two short decades later he would be elected President of the United States in 1976.
