When Locke and Desmond decide not to enter The Numbers and push the button on the Swan station computer, it causes a system failure and the destruction of the station. The blown-off hatch door can be seen in the episode, "Live Together, Die Alone." Constructed of rigid polyfoam and painted to resemble steel. Measures 27 in. wide x 37 in. long.
