Description

One is from the Ancient Order United Workman (Insurance), circa 1884-86, marked "Wolcott & Moore, Rochester, N.Y." with a gilt helmet shaped pommel that is surmounted by an eagle, a black wooden grip and gilt brass crossbar guard marked, "s" and "K." Blade is engraved "Wm H. Dennisson" and "A.O.U.W."; comes with its original scabbard. The other is a Masonic or Knight's Templar sword marked "Ames Mfg Co/ Chicopee, M.A." It has a silver plated helmet pommel with black ebony grip with inlaid crosses and a silver plated cross guard with Masonic devices. Both are in good condition and both come with their original scabbards.
