44 1/2" Octagon barrel is 36 caliber and has a great bore. The top of the barrel is marked L.W.Me in script. The lock is unmarked and the double set triggers work well. The triggerguard, buttplate, ramrod furrels and nosecap are all brass with nice patina. The pin fastened walnut stock is in fine condition with an old repair on the right side of the barrel tang and some extra finish added. A nice rifle that should be a great shooter.
