Production Description: Glasses worn by actor Robert Picardo as "Richard Woolsey" during Season Five of Stargate Atlantis. Formerly an NID hatchet guy, Richard Woolsey served as the United States representative to the International Oversight Advisory, until he was appointed by the IOA to replace Samantha Carter as administrator of the Atlantis expedition. Only in charge for a single season, Woolsey served the team by following his conscience and not allowing his superiors to take advantage of any situation.
Technical Description: Prescription glasses with black metal frames, prescription number is unknown. Black hard leather glasses case with black velvet interior, production marked "WOOLSEY #2" on green gaff tape. Manufactured in Italy by Donna Karan. When open, glasses measure approx. 5.5in x 5.75in x 1.25in. Case measures approx. 2.25in x 6in x 1.25in.
