Faith Hill and Tim McGraw met on the "Spontaneous Combustion Tour" in 1996 where Faith performed the opening act. Tim proposed right before a performance, he didn't have time to hear Faith's response. She wrote her response on a mirror. They and their three children donated painted this guitar and donated it to Little Kids Rock to spread the gift of music to low-income children across the country. ***Note*** This guitar was painted with acrylic paint and clear-coated to create a one-of-a-kind, playable piece of music/art memorabilia. You are bidding on a one-of-a-kind guitar personally decorated and/or autographed by the artist. This artist-customized guitar is a modified version of the Fender® Standard Series Stratocaster®. It has been modified in that it has no pick guard, in order to maximize the artist's canvas. This guitar is one of 60 ever made by Fender® at Fender® Ensenada, the Fender® Mexico manufacturing facility. 100% of the proceeds go to Little Kids Rock, a nonprofit that restores and revitalizes music programs in underfunded public schools nationwide.
