BEAUTIFUL KESTNER CLOSED-MOUTH GERMAN BISQUE DOLL. Marks: None visible. 15". Turned bisque shoulderhead, spiral-threaded blue paperweight eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, closed mouth, accented lips, original blonde mohair wig over plaster pate, gusset-jointed kid body, bisque lower arms, antique pale blue silk frock, fancy bonnet, old pink leather shoes. Commentary: Very fine smooth bisque and lovely facial decoration, sturdy original body.
