Metal canister with fan-shaped switch top, red wires and strap-on electrodes. Includes an original instructions manual, with illustrations, paper instructions affixed inside lid. Self-contained in 4 x 12 x 5.5 inches. Lid with gold printed 'Oxygenkure, Trademark 1900, manufactured by Seeger & Clarke, New York.'
Good condition overall, some wear to case and general wear and age to device.
