Signed copy of Smoky to E A Brininstool with an illustrated letter to Mr Brininstool. 10" x 8" pen and ink Signed at bottom Will James Earl Alonzo Brininstool (1850-1945) – Author of newspaper and magazine articles and 14 books, primarily on cowboys, range and frontier life, and Indian wars. Brininstool was born in Warsaw, NY, and lived in Los Angeles after 1895.
