Wonderfully executed model of an Alerion class sloop, named Alerion. Suit of finely stitched linen sails, sunken cockpit with mahogany benches, cabin door, tiller etc... Model has a planked and caulked deck. Hull is painted ivory above the waterline and blue below. Mounted to a thick mahogany baseboard with turned brass pedestals. 29" long x 7" wide x 41" high
