Glass Penetration. American, ca. 1940. Handsome hardwood frame holds a sheet of glass and eight curved brass clips, four on each side. Cards are inserted under the clips and a rod is thrust through the center of the glass. When removed, holes remain in the cards, but not the glass. Frame measures 10 ¼ x 12". Joints inexpertly reinforced with contemporary adhesive, otherwise good condition.
