Egypt, Dynasty 26, 664-525 BC. Of pale green glazed faience, both examples feature a wide mouth and everted rim, the body tapering slightly to a flat base. Amazingly, both feature their original contents, that, given the amber-like appearance suggests they contained an offering of perfumed resin.
