18. TERRA COTTA JUGLET Five thousand years old, this Judean reddish and buff color juglet with handle is approx 1½" tall and 2¾" at widest portion of the bowl with 3" arching handle. This vessel excavated in the Holy Land dates to 4000 - 3100 BC and still evidences some encrustation from long burial. An extraordinary antiquity from the Chalcolithic Age with museum stand.
