Having declared Israel's independence, he became its first prime minister and greatly influenced the country's first decade, placing much emphasis on national security and military development. Pen and wash caricature by Jack Rosen, 1970, approx 8"x10¾". Boldly signed "D. Ben-Gurion." Partially signed across dark outline of image; light wrinkling; else VG. Matted and contained under glass within simple frame. Overall 12"x15". Est: $400-600
