From his personal library, American Preacher "or, a Collection of Sermons From Some of the Most Eminent Preachers, Now living in the United States..." Volume I, 396pp, 8vo, Elizabeth Town, New Jersey; Shepard Kollock, 1791. Included in this volume are discourses with associated biblical references by John Witherspoon; John H. Livingston; Jams Dana; Samuel S. Smith; William Linn; Benjamin Moore; Bryan Fairfax; John Rodgers; Nathan Perkins; Thomas Reese; and Alexander MacWhorter. Top portion of title page has been removed, most certainly where his signature had been appended. The calf exterior is lightly worn with small tear to spine; text lightly toned but remains crisp and clear. Contained in custom slipcase. A very desirable theological library addition. Est: $200-300
