Authorization for his wife and executor to "rent my farm and Tavern with the appurtenances...also to hire out as many of the negroes as they may [deem] proper...for the mutual benefit of my wife & children..." To his sister, he bequeaths "a negro female slave named Caroline to be her slave during her natural life..." Signed and witnessed on third leaf. Order for recordation penned beneath.
