German WWII Reichschancellory tapestry flag

A-16 Reichschancellory tapestry. Formal symbol of the State Authority of the Third-Reich. 49" x 84" with a 35" drape extension and pole sleeve at top edge. Heavy red pile material within a white circle with a gold outlined squared-off black swastika - surrounded by a large gold brocade oak leaf wreath. Inner perimeter has a 1 ¾" border consisting of gold, white black, white and gold. Bottom edge lined with a gold edging and a heavy 4" gold fringe. Reverse lined red ribbed cotton material was removed. (There are known photos of this type tapestry shown in the Reichschancellory.) Rare. II+
