Overall condition is good-fair. Mounted and framed under Plexiglas. Overall foxing to the top section of the watercolor, most visibly to sky. A few darker spots of foxing are found around the center the piece. No yellowing or fading to the piece. No water or sun damage. Light craquelure to foliage and top of the trunk of the tallest tree on the right side. Label en verso from "Daniel Rees, Jackson, Michigan". Titled and dated on a separate piece of paper that has been adhered to the back.
