Production Description:
Season one style Viper helmet. This style helmet was used in the mini-series and season one and two before being replaced with a updated design. This helmet features a gray paint scheme with opening and closing jaw section, gold accents with metal wire rope on the top section, nylon accent under the jaw, black padding inside and working lights under the visor and on each side of the jaw. Item comes with a extra clear Plexiglas face shield. This helmet was built by production and was used as a background helmet in Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome, but was never used in the original Battlestar Galactica.
Technical Description:
Made from a fiberglass vacu-formed shell with resin accents. Painted silver with gold details and Plexiglas face shield. Item features working electronics in the form of lights that are functional and run on a 9V battery located behind the padding on the inside. Measures 15in x 12in x 11in.
