Production Description:
Viper patch seen on the shoulder of flight suits worn by Viper pilots. Patches like this appeared in numerous episodes throughout the series. Also includes the third version of the Galactica patch and were placed on the left shoulder of Galactica crew uniforms. Viper pre-flight checklist, used by pilots to evaluate their ships before flying. Pilots carry this list in their left thigh pocket.
Technical Description:
Set of two production-made patches. The Viper patch has an off-white cloth background with the silhouette of a Viper Mk VII embroidered in blue, the word "Viper" in black and red stitching, and a black embroidered border. Measures 3.5? in diameter. The Galactica patch is a production made patch which has a dark metallic gold (almost bronze) background with black stitching. Patch measures 3? round. Production-made Viper pre-flight checklist. Printed on paper that has been lightly weathered. Checklist measures 3in × 5in.
