Original watercolor artworka painting of an Elvis-like character floating above a park-like setting from the hand of Paul McCartney, created on the back of what appears to be a typed lists of schools taken from a City and County Borough of Liverpool Town and Country Planning Act 1947 Development Plan. 8 x 13 inches. McCartney created this painting while attending the Liverpool Institute. He left the Institute in July 1960 for the Beatles first stay in Hamburg, Germany. The painting comes with a letter from Beatles expert Frank Caiazzo.
