Black nylon mesh tactical vest with zipper front, web and buckle sides, three vertical belly pockets with Velcro closures, black nylon holster on left belly, one horizontal chest pocket on right chest, two vertical pockets on left chest, D-ring on each shoulder, webbing and snap belt loops, back has six strips of webbing loops, no size information is available, production marked "SCOTT" inside right chest pocket. Pocket contents include: three foam blocks, foam block faux radio with rubber antenna, wood block, and a production-made rubber 9mm magazine. Black nylon adjustable webbing belt with Fastex buckle and a magazine holster. Vest is covered in white dust.
