No signatures. 2nd item: March 3, 1863 Ten Cents Fractional Currency note, depicting the portrait of George Washington. FR # 1244. Second Issue. No signatures. 3rd item: March 3, 1863 Ten Cents Fractional Currency note, depicting the portrait of George Washington. FR # 1255. Third Issue. Colby/Spinner signatures. 4th item: March 3, 1863 Ten Cents Fractional Currency note, depicting the bust of Liberty. FR # 1259. Fourth Issue. Allison/Spinner signatures. 5th-7th items: Three (3) 1874 Ten Cents Fractional Currency notes, depicting the portrait of William M. Meredith, former Secretary of the Treasury. FR # 1264 (Green Seal), FR # 1265 (Red Seal, Long Key), and FR # 1266 (Red Seal, Short Key). Fifth Issue. Allison/Spinner signatures. Provenance: the collection of the late James A.
