Two (2) Jimmy Lee Sudduth (Alabama, 1910-2007) Folk Art portraits. 1st item: Folk art painting comprised of paint and mud on plywood, depicting half-portrait of female figure with dark hair and highlights of purple and turquoise. Signed in pencil below figure. Housed in a contemporary wood frame. Sight - 31" H x 17" W. Framed - 32 5/8" H x 18 3/4" W x 1 3/4" D with plexiglas. 2nd item: Folk art painting comprised of mud on plywood depicting a woman wearing a hat with arms on hips, possibly Minnie Pearl. Signed in pencil below figure. Housed in a contemporary wood frame. Sight - 39 1/8" H x 14 1/4" W. Framed - 40 7/8" H x 16" W x 1 3/4" D with plexiglas. Both items late 20th century.
