Overall good condition with light toning, few foxing spots. Old ink inscription reading "N 54" with pencil inscription reading "1804" lower right of map. David Lloyd Swift pencil notations stating that it was deacidified and encapsulated (not laminated) in a plastic archival sleeve with additional information, retail sticker, and stamp, en verso of mat.
