Scaled floor plan with a sunburst and floral swags surmounted by a large Greek cross, with Gothic style medallions at each of four corners, all rendered in pastel shades. Scale, title, with Louis Comfort Tiffany approval initials "L.C.T." in pencil, lower right under image; studio name in pencil, lower left under image. Housed and matted under glass in a gilt wood frame with beaded rabbet edge. Sight - 13" H x 17" W. Framed - 17 5/8" H x 25 1/2" W. American, early 20th century.
