HARRISON PHOEBUS who operated the Hygeia Hotel at Fort Monroe and for whom Phoebus is Named is Thought to be the Original Owner of the Furniture Pieces 113 through 120. Harrison died in 1886 at age 45, before finishing Roseland Manor where his Wife Rosland Lived until her Death in 1906. The Home was sold to Clarence Kenyon in 1919 until 1954 when his Widow sold the Home to William Ferguson who used the home for Events and Weddings.
