Description
1st-2nd items: Two (2) Scandinavian bentwood tine or tina boxes, often called bride's boxes, including one (1) having pyrogravure line and floral spray decorations and one (1) having carved scrolling foliate decorations. Largest box with old partial paper label to upper body, smallest box with old paper label and illegible ink inscriptions to underside of base. Ranging in size from 6 1/4" H x 6 3/4" W x 3 1/2" D to 11 1/2" H x 18 3/8" W x 12" D. 3rd-10th items: Eight (8) oval pantry boxes, five (5) with carved or pyrogravure geometric and foliate designs, one (1) with a carved polychrome painted male and female couple in Eastern European dress, surrounded by lettering reading "Minnie Frain Delarue 1899" to lid, and one (1) with inscription reading "Brought To St Paul/John William Haverson/Lima Sweden July 1944" in pencil, to underside of base. Ranging in size from 1 1/4" H x 3 5/8" W x 2 1/4" D to 4 1/4" H x 7 1/4" W x 4 1/4" D. 11th-13th items: Three (3) wooden spoons, including two (2) with foliate decorations, one (1) with script monogram "AMSL" to underside of bowl. All approximately 6 1/2" L. 19th century. Provenance: The Estate of Patricia Kiegel, Nashville, Tennessee.

All items in overall good condition with natural age shrinkage, largest 9".
