EARLY 20TH CENTURY WALTHAM AURORA BANJO CLOCK Early 20th century Aurora model Banjo clock from Waltham. Features throat thermometer, reverse painted throat and door glass. Lower door features picture of Aurora riding a chariot. Gilt eagle crest with ball. For Shreve, Crump & Low Co. Inside of lower door features handwritten sticker reading "Placed here Nov. 13 1937". Key included. Incised under the throat glass on the wood is then number "1". On the metal part, back of the barometer is "D 2 2". Size: 50 X 15 X 5", Est. 4000-8000, Lot 30696
