Housed in a gilt wooden frame. Sight - 23 1/2" H x 17 3/8" W. Framed - 26 1/2" H x 20 3/8" W. 20th century. Biography: Kramer was born in Missouri and moved to California as a young man. While working in Riverside as a shoemaker in the 1930s, he painted in his leisure. He then spent time in Yosemite painting portraits of tourists.
