Chinese figural Dehua ware or Blanc de Chine porcelain square seal chop, depicts a seated Qilim baring its teeth. Fitted with a carved wood stand and red box. Stamp measures 2 1/2"H x 1 5/8"square. Ming Dynasty. Condition: Tiny chip at edge of right front corner. Provenance: the estate of Mrs. Adna Godfrey Wilde, Jr. (Sara Joan Wilde), Colorado Springs, CO. Purchased from P.C. Lu and Sons Ltd., Hong Kong, circa 1989.
