LiveAuctioneers launches UK website
NEW YORK – LiveAuctioneers.com, currently providing live Internet bidding services to 347 auction companies, has launched a British website: www.liveauctioneers.co.uk. Content on the new site is geared expressly toward the UK auction market and features auction catalogs from British companies exclusively on the home page.
“We decided to develop a British site because we’ve been steadily picking up more auction house business in the UK,” said LiveAuctioneers’ CEO Julian R. Ellison. “It’s still a work in progress, and when it’s running at full capacity, it will feature highlights, press releases and other content pertaining to British sales and the British antiques market.” Ellison said.
