Rachel Davis holds a B.A. in Art History and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Delaware, along with an M.B.A. from Indiana University. She worked as a Painting Conservation Assistant at Winterthur Museum from 1980 1982, and was Director of Fine Arts at WOLF's from 1983-1991. While at WOLF's, Rachel managed sales of $4 million per year, and she was responsible for the authentication and documentation of fine arts and antiques.
Rachel Davis Fine Arts opened in May 1992. She began auctions of works on paper in October of that year, and added auctions of paintings in March 1996. Later in 1996, we began auctioning rare and out-of-print books.
