Lot 836 in Space Memorabilia Auction

Flown U.S. Flag (4x6") mounted on a 15x12" framed presentation certificate that reads, in part: "This flag was Flown on the First International Space Mission Apollo/Soyuz, July 15-25, 1975". There is a Beta cloth crew patch attached to the bottom of the certificate. The certificate also appears to have been hand-signed by the US crew of Stafford, Brand and Slayton. The recipient of the certificate subsequently had the Russian crew of Leonov and Kubasov sign the piece at the lower left. There is a National Space Club, ASTP Fifteenth Anniversary luncheon invitation attached to the reverse of the frame. Striking and quite rare
