There is a red hand-stamped cachet between them that reads: "First FLOWN Cluster Balloon Mail carried by John Ninomiya, Sept. 21, 2003. Launch 7 AM, Duration 1:15". An additional round red cachet is on the flap. The cover is cancelled by a black Sept. 22, 2003, Glens Falls, NY Mail Service cancel. This lot also includes three pieces of the red, white and blue balloon fabric used for this flight. A rare lot that we have not seen before.FLOWN? Yes
