This one-piece cotton garment has a front zipper and numerous zippered pockets and wrist/arm closures. This suit includes a shoulder ASTP patch and a "Space Shuttle" patch on the chest. There originally was a NASA patch on the chest also, but all that remains now is an unfaded outline. There is a "Deke Slayton" NASA ID tag velcroed to the chest also. Rare. A similar flightsuit, with more patches, realized over $2,500 in our November 2003 sale.
