Communication during shipping vendor woes.
The communication was there when it mattered. Live Auction's apparently uses A. I. to establish shipping costs for items won. I bought one, raw baseball card worth about $500. And what was Live Auction's charge, you ask??? About $170. π€£ π π€£ π π‘. That's when Tom stepped in. He provided instructions for his buyers about how to reject LA's shipping. He procurred a new shipping vendor who picked up buyers items, but unfortunately, I wasnt in the system yet. The owner of shipping company and Tom lowered the horns, located my card, and Tom sent it to free of charge for my troubles. Tom turned a problem into a benefit.; N

Great experience!
Loved working with them, save me $50 by shipping in-house rather than working with LiveAuctioneers. Tom was responsive, transparent β again great experience! Hope to buy more things from them in the future!

Excellent customer service, went above and beyond my request
I had a fantastic experience with Parker and Sons. I had reached out to them because the shipping quote offered through Live Auctioneers was insane. Literally asking over $50 to ship a single sports card graded and encased in plastic. The Parker and Sons staff went out of their way to not only ship my item, but to do so while understanding my challenge. The cost to mail via a padded envelope through USPS was less than $8, a ridiculous difference from the Live Auctioneers quote of $50 +. Live Auctioneers needs to do better if they expect buyers to utilize their shipping arrangements. However, kudos to Parker and Sons for communicating quickly with me and being willing to go above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them as an auction house to anyone who is interested.

Shipping cost
$71 for 3 packs of sports cards to ship? Rip OFF. Never buy from Parker and Sons unless you want to take out a loan for payment.

Zero follow thru
They said they would help with direct shipping options to save against live actions obscenely ridiculous shipping prices so I elected self service. I contacted them and zero response. So I guess Iβm never getting my items.
