Both arrived were carefully packaged and are just as described on pictured in on-line auction. In-house shipping (my preferred method) was reasonable.

The auction house staff we extremely helpful. They allowed me to park in front of their front door. They had my winning items already extremely well packaged and even helped me carry them to the car. I would definitely buy from them again. In fact I have.:)

The only reason for not giving 5 stars to all the questions is that when I asked the Auction House to identify this Kachina they were unable to provide and answer on its origins and name. Thru further Internet research I think I was able to find out. So all is good. Thank you, J. Kachina-because obviously it is a hybrid difficult and it is difficult to find out its name and origins, Converse Auction was unable to answer my inquiry, they had no knowledge and no way to identify. Very high shipping charges even for small items. Will not buy from them again.

I bid on this ukulele because it looked like a mini banjo. The description said it had some damage. It didn’t matter to me because I was just going to clean it and hang it in my office. When I got it, it took me a while to find any damage on it. It had a loose screw or two and there was a minor crack that is hard to see until you find it. Shipping was fast and the packing was excellent. I was very happy with how the entire event turned out.

Horribly overpriced for in-house shipping charges. Your competitors charge only half as much for shipping costs.

good in house shiping $81.00 for 3 heavy bronzes

The item was described as Chinese carved bead mala necklace, but what I received was a string of 54 plastic Rudhra beads. Since it was plastic, the beads were very light, but I was charged $27.13 for shipping. I paid $67.87 for something worth less than $5 dollars. Be careful when you bid! I think that just because the auction house has all kinds of legal disclaimers, it does not justify misleading the public.

My purchase was exceptionally well packed and arrived intact to my home in Canada. Converse Auction House does not disappoint! Highly recommended!

I'm really annoyed that Converse is selling modern, mass made items from China. While the descriptions don't claim that something is old, they really should just admit "This is a modern mass produced item from China." If you take a very close look at the last photo for their items, you can sometimes see this. But they are taking steps to disguise the modern, mass produced origins of this stuff. These are things that should never be sold at an auction house. They are not rare, they are not antiques. They may be machine made. Most respectable auction houses wouldn't touch a modern mass produced item.
